COMMON MISTAKES

Knock-on: Fumbling the ball forward

Forward Pass

High Tackle: above the shoulders

Obstruction: running behind one’s teammate when in possession of the ball

Not in straight: not putting the ball straight down the tunnel in a lineout or scrum

Not releasing: failure to let the ball go after a tackle

Hands in the ruck: after a ruck is formed, playing the ball with your hands while it is on the ground in a ruck
